How does Kindred manage returns?

You have 30 days in which to notify kindred of a return or partial return.

We encourage you to do this via secure file upload of all returns, but can also be done manually through your portal access to the kindred platform. I'm the event of a return, we will automatically recalculate the advocates commissions and Kindred fees and credit your balance accordingly.

If you do not notify us if returns within 30 days, all transactions are considered confirmed and the advocates commissions will be available for then to withdraw.

 

How do I manage my stock levels on Kindred?

If you're on Shopify, your products, stock levels, orders and returns will all be managed automatically.

If not, you can upload your products to the platform via CSV and subsequently update the stock levels through the same process.

Alternatively, you can update the stock levels manually through the Kindred platform.
