All you need to do is go to your O2 app on iOS, please ensure you have the latest version of the app and the latest version of Apple's iOS. It only works on version 15 or higher. 

Once in the My O2 app, you will see a tab in the 'My offers' section for Kindred. Simply click on this and follow the steps to activate.
